I am presently only shipping to Canada and the US by Canada Post.
Orders typically are sent in 5-8 business days.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for Canadian orders.
Please allow 2-4 for US orders.
Usually your order will arrive in 1-2 weeks for Canadian orders and 2-4 weeks for US orders, but there may be unforeseen delays. Please be patient. If you haven't received your order within the timeframe listed above, feel free to email me with your order number to [email protected] and I will see what I can do!
I do not take responsibility if an incorrect address is entered upon ordering. If the order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. To ensure the address is correct, please check the order confirmation email.
I always package my artwork to ensure safe delivery, however sometimes couriers don’t take as much care as we would. If this occurs, please take photos of the item and the packaging in the state it was delivered to the best of your ability. You can then contact Canada Post directly.
