All pricing is in Canadian dollars. 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping is free in Canada and the US.
For all other countries, please contact me directly through the website to arrange shipping fees.

SHIPPING FROM CANADA TO THE US AND BEYOND

I offer worldwide shipping by Canada Post.

Orders typically are sent in 5-8 business days.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for Canadian orders.

Please allow 2-4 for US orders.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for other countries.

All orders include tracking.

Usually, your order will arrive in 1-2 weeks for Canadian orders, 2-4 weeks for US orders, and 3-4 weeks for other countries, but there may be unforeseen delays. Please be patient. If you haven't received your order within the timeframe listed above, feel free to email me with your order number to [email protected] and I will see what I can do!

I do not take responsibility if an incorrect address is entered upon ordering. If the order is returned to the sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. To ensure the address is correct, please check the order confirmation email.

I always package my artwork to ensure safe delivery, however, sometimes couriers don’t take as much care as we would. If this occurs, please take photos of the item and the packaging in the state it was delivered to the best of your ability. You can then contact Canada Post directly.

Sheri East is not responsible for additional taxes and customs charges placed on products. Any additional taxes and charges are the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS

I offer a 15-day money-back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, no questions asked. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged. The return shipping cost is at the customer's expense; the customer must insure the artwork for return.
